Terms of use
When you are shopping at www.ellenhard.dk, you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. This is why we advice you to thoroughly read all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start to shop on www.ellenhard.dk



If you want to order some of our jewelry, you can place the order at www.ellenhard.dk. You will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail after you have placed your order. Once the order is placed and you have received the confirmation e-mail, we will pack and ship it. When the item is being packaged you will receive an email stating that we are processing your order and in the end, immediately before we ship your item, you will receive the invoice on your e-mail.



All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner and incl. vat and all Danish taxes, duties etc. Payment can be made with Dankort / VISADankort / Mastercard / VISAcard / Mobilepay / Apple Pay. Transaction fees are paid by the customer and added to the purchase amount. We do not deduct the amount from the card until we are ready to ship.


Customs and sales tax / vat

If your order is places from an EU country you will have to pay the danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales tax within the EU. If however, your order is placed outside the EU, you will not have to pay the danish sales tax/vat, but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Ellenhard is not responsible for these or for any extra charges by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.



We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer or smartphone.



We deliver to Denmark through GLS Pakkeshop. Orders placed before 6 am on weekdays are shipped the same day. GLS strives for day-to-day delivery in Denmark, and the package is delivered to a GLS parcel shop near your specified delivery address. When you order your items you can choose which GLS Pakkeshop you want the package delivered to. You are advised by e-mail or SMS when the package is ready for pickup.

Packages to other countries have a delivery time of 1-2 weekdays and are delivered with UPS.

All items are shipped with GLS and free of charge within Denmark. Packages outside Denmark is charged DKK 75,- within the EU and DKK 150,- outside the EU.


Returns & Refunds

Ellenhard gladly accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of reciept. Ellenhard will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.

The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all Ellenhard tags. As the original packaging represents a not insignificant value for Ellenhard, the product will not be considered to have been returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the original packaging is missing or damaged. Returns that have been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you at your expense. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will loose your right of return partially or completely.  

Along with the item, please enclose a copy of the invoice for the purchase or an order number so that we can find your original order in our system and refund the amount to the card with which the item(s) is paid. We do not pay the amount in cash or by bank transfer, but credit the payment or credit card with which the purchase was made.

The product can be returned to our address: Ellenhard, Prins Frederiks Alle 1, 2840 Holte, Denmark. If you have regretted your purchase or need to have your item exchanged, you must pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We do not take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore we recommend you to keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

If you have received free shipping on your purchase, the shipment cost DKK 50,- will be deducted in the return amount, if the total purchase thereby goes below DKK 2000,-


Notification of Defects

All items is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. In case of a  complaint or a missing delivery, please contact us on hello@ellenhard.dk. Ellenhard does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.


Personal Data

The information you provide when shopping with Ellenhard is only used to complete your order. Ellenhard does not send e-mail to the customers unsolicited. Customers will only receive emails directly related to a trade. If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive information on new products and special promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter.
All information about customers is used and stored in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation. As a customer of Ellenhard you have the right to send an objection to the registration of personal data, and you have the right to gain insight into what information we have registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries about them should be sent to: hello@ellenhard.dk
